Specializing in women's health through the lifecycle, from infancy to post-menopause, I support women's nutrition through a holistic lens. Food goes hand-in-hand with physical activity, sleep, stress, and the environment. Having worked as a WIC dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor while maintaining a private practice, I have experience in infant feeding, child picky eating, pregnancy, post-partum and breastfeeding, peri-menopause, menopause, cardiovascular, bone health, weight, and recreational sports nutrition. Many women have sensitivies or allergies to foods, so my website features recipes that are all gluten-free, and indicate what allergens are present, if any. Men are welcome, too!
