How did you learn about Cronometer?
I originally heard about Cronometer while watching one of Keto.Connect’s videos on YouTube. They mentioned how comprehensive the app was and how it actually tracked all of the micronutrients and vitamins as well as macronutrients. We had really just started our Keto journey at the time, and weren’t tracking macros just yet. It wasn’t until about March of 2019 that I decided to see what kind of change I could make, and I remembered them mentioning Cronometer previously so I decided to give it a try. Loved it ever since.
What is your favourite feature?
I think the barcode scanner has to be my favorite feature because it just makes tracking extremely easy. I also really like the ability to share recipes with full nutrition info with friends!
Tell us about your diet!
As far as the diet, we are Keto as much as possible. We usually take breaks around Thanksgiving and Christmas, and include cheat days every 2 or 3 weeks when we are on plan. For me, the high fat levels on Keto really help me focus my mind, and really make it very hard to overeat.
