Meet Niha, a Cronometer user who we found (as per usual) on Instagram. She goes by the handle of @fabtofitgirl and we wanted to hear a little bit more about her, her struggles with calorie restriction and how Cronometer supported her to reach her weight goals.

How Did Cronometer Help You With Your Goals?
What made Cronometer different for me was the nutrition tracking. I turned off my calorie view and would solely focus on tracking to ensure that I am meeting my daily nutrition goal. This allowed me to see how different foods, aka bagel bites vs a homemade egg and cheese bagel impacted my nutritional targets rather than just choosing the lower calorie option. I did this for 4 months and was seriously shocked by how much weight I had lost! All while being in a positive headspace!
I then reapproached the calorie aspect of the app and used it alongside the nutritional targets. This not only helped me reached my health goals but also kept my body nourished and my mind happy knowing I’m taking care of myself. Since starting in September 2019 with Cronometer, I have lost 30lbs, reached my weight goal and now I’m working on putting on more muscle mass.
