I learned about Cronometer through @aaron_straker on Instagram, he wouldn’t stop talking about how awesome it was so I had to give it a try.
What Is Your Favorite Cronometer Feature?
My favorite thing is the accuracy and more specifically that I don’t have to search for correct entries. 99% of the time I can guarantee it’s in there AND with whichever portion measurement I use. This saves SO much time and brain power which is crucial for myself and my clients to make tracking sustainable.

I coach active females looking to increase muscle mass and decrease their body fat. It’s crucial for them to have customized macros with a focus on eating A LOT, and 80-90% REAL food. For ladies who are training, getting in optimal macros and micros will be most beneficial and be used as fuel. (Grateful that Cronometer tracks both of these). I also share my Intuitive Eating Guidelines, which sets them up with a sustainable structure to make this applicable with their life and makes tracking even easier. I follow the same approach for myself too!
