Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, our monthly subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel your plan on the Settings page of your account on the web version of Cronometer here.

Do I need to provide my credit card details to get the free 30-day trial?

Yes. When the trial period has ended your credit card will be charged for the price of the monthly plan you selected.

Do I need to teach my clients how to use the Cronometer app?

Not necessarily. While you can teach your clients how to use Cronometer, your clients have access to user manual articles and have priority status with our Customer Service team should they have any questions.

What nutrition data sources does Cronometer use?

Here at Cronometer, we take pride in curating an accurate and complete database. We draw from nine lab-analyzed data sources and user submitted foods.

Every user submitted food is reviewed by our curation team before being added to the database; branded products that are submitted by users contain only the nutrition information from the nutrition facts table on the packaging or on the brand's official website.
