I am a long-time user of my fitness pal. On a whim I downloaded and installed this, and holy crap it rocks. There are so many ways to customize the application for exactly what I’m looking for. I prefer a ketogenic diet in the way this tracks macronutrients is perfect. At half the price of my fitness pal, this is a no brainer app. The developers have done an amazing job here and I’m happy to help them out to develop more. I love how it tracks vitamins as well. Thanks for this!

Micronutrients

This is the best free app for tracking micronutrients. You can also use the camera to capture barcodes if you don’t want to input data yourself. I use it for adding my protein powders! If you have a special diet, it’s really helpful in determining if you’re getting adequate nutrition. Also, you can change the values for your target goal. Example: omega 3 can be changed from RDI (recommended daily intake) to a higher value if you’d like to incorporate more omega 3s in your diet.

Simple app, helpful for tracking nutrition. This app has helped me see what adjustments I can make to eat the nutrients I need. I've been using it to help track nutrition to lose weight and have lost about 5 pounds just making adjustments to meal portions so I don't go over in the total calories and fat categories. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to track micronutrient intake and may be curious about the details of nutrition.
