On the web or mobile app, head to More > Fasting and toggle on ‘Enable Fasting’. From there, you can choose where you’d like the fasting widgets to appear and select a timer preference. View your fasting stats, schedule a fast or view your fasting history.
Tap ‘New Fast’ to start or schedule a new fasting period.

Viewing Your Fasts On A Chart

On mobile, tap Discover > Charts and select any Chart. Tap on the Chart and scroll down to toggle on ‘Show Fasting Periods’. This will add an overlay onto the Chart to identify when you were in a fasting period, allowing you to correlate your fasting windows with biometrics (like heart rate, weight, sleep) or specific nutrients.
