1. Sponsor
The Cronometer FNCE 2026 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Cronometer Software Inc., PO Box 3270, Revelstoke, BC V0E 2S0, Canada (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals attending FNCE 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, regardless of their country of residence, who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Attendees from all countries and regions may enter where participation is lawful. Void where prohibited by applicable law. The Sponsor may request reasonable confirmation of FNCE 2026 attendance when verifying eligibility.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and organizations involved in administering the Contest, and their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible. Immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.
FNCE 2026 attendance is required. A booth visit, a Cronometer subscription and consent to receive marketing emails are not required to enter or win. Eligible people who cannot start a new Pro trial, including existing Pro subscribers and previous trial users, may use the email entry method below.
3. Contest period
The Contest begins on October 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Contest Period”). Central Time means the local time in San Antonio, Texas, which is Central Daylight Time (UTC−5) on these dates. The Sponsor’s entry records determine when an entry is received. Entries received outside the Contest Period are not eligible.
4. How to enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, paid subscription or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. There are two ways to enter.
Trial signup entry. During the Contest Period, visit https://cronometer.com/fnce-booth or https://cronometer.com/fnce-display in a web browser, follow the FNCE offer link and successfully start a 30-day free trial of Cronometer Pro. Eligible entrants who complete this process receive one automatic Contest entry. Use a valid email address that you can access. Starting a signup, scanning a QR code, clicking a link or downloading the app alone does not constitute a completed trial signup or Contest entry.
The trial is subject to the eligibility and subscription terms shown during signup. No paid subscription or continued use is required for a valid Contest entry. Ending a trial or declining to continue with a paid subscription does not cancel an otherwise valid entry. If you do not wish to start a trial or accept its terms, use the email entry method.
Email entry without a trial or purchase. During the Contest Period, email keshia@cronometer.com with the subject line “FNCE 2026 Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, email address, country of residence, state or province or region if applicable, and a statement confirming that you are attending FNCE 2026, have reached the age of majority where you live and agree to these Official Rules. No account, trial, purchase of a Cronometer product or marketing consent is required for this method. The FNCE 2026 attendance requirement applies to both entry methods. Your email must be received before the Contest Period ends.
Entry limit. Limit one entry per person for the entire Contest Period, regardless of method. Multiple accounts or email addresses do not provide additional entries. If a person enters by both methods, only one entry will be included in the draw. Both methods enter the same draw and have the same chance of winning.
All entries must be submitted by the entrant and contain accurate information. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, late or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. If you have a technical problem with the trial entry method, you may use the email method before the closing time. Standard internet or data charges may apply.
5. Prize
One prize is available: one Garmin fēnix E watch, with a stated manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $799.99 USD. There is one winner and no regional allocation of the prize. The stated value is in U.S. dollars, before applicable taxes. Actual retail prices may vary, and any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be paid.
The prize must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. The winner is responsible for any applicable income taxes and reporting obligations. The Sponsor will cover standard delivery to the verified winner’s address, including any mandatory import duties or delivery charges needed to receive the prize, where lawful. No fee is required to claim the prize.
6. Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. All eligible entries, whether received through a trial signup or by email, will be combined in one random draw.
7. Draw and winner notification
The Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries on October 28, 2026 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Central Time. The draw takes place after entries close. The selected entrant does not need to be present at the booth or conference to win.
The selected entrant will be contacted at the email address used to enter. Selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The selected entrant must respond within seven calendar days after the notification is sent and complete any required eligibility declaration and prize acceptance documents within the time stated in the notification.
A selected Canadian resident must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner. No payment or purchase is required to answer the question or claim the prize.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails a required skill-testing question or does not complete the required documents, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated until an eligible winner is confirmed.
The Sponsor will arrange delivery with the verified winner and will aim to ship the prize within 30 days after verification and completion of the required documents.
8. Privacy and marketing
The Sponsor will collect and use entry information to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and fulfil the prize, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Trial accounts are also subject to the privacy and service terms shown during signup.
Contest entry does not itself subscribe you to marketing emails. Any consent requested for promotional messages must be separate and optional. Giving or withdrawing marketing consent does not affect entry eligibility or the chances of winning. The Sponsor may share information with service providers only as needed to administer the Contest and deliver the prize, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
9. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Contest, subject to applicable law. The Sponsor may request reasonable information to verify an entrant’s identity, age, residence and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide information reasonably required for verification may result in disqualification.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received because of technical failures or events beyond its reasonable control. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information or interferes with the fair operation of the Contest.
If fraud, technical failure or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the Contest, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it, subject to applicable law. Any material change will be posted on this page. If the Contest ends early, the Sponsor may award the prize by random draw from eligible entries received before the interruption, where lawful. No change will unfairly disadvantage entries already received.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prize. This provision does not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights. The prize is subject to any applicable manufacturer warranty.
11. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes may be brought before the courts of British Columbia. Nothing in these Official Rules removes any mandatory protections, remedies or rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of an entrant’s place of residence. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
12. Independent promotion
This Contest is sponsored and administered by Cronometer Software Inc. Garmin, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and FNCE are not sponsors or administrators of this Contest and have not endorsed it. Garmin and fēnix are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
13. Questions and winner information

Winner information will be provided only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
