This exciting Gold feature gives you the flexibility to change your macro goals for each day of the week.

This comes in handy if you want to eat differently based on training, carb cycling, starting a new diet, or allowing a shift for things like vacations. Change it up daily or set a schedule by creating templates that best suit your lifestyle and goals!

How To Use The Target Scheduler

The Target Scheduler is available to all of our Gold Users. Not a Gold User? You can upgrade your account here.

In the mobile app, tap More > Targets > Target Scheduler.

Create a New Target Template and select your custom macro targets. Save and select which template you’d like for each day of the week in the scheduler. For more details, watch the video above or check out the user manual article here.
