How To: Use Cronometer’s Macro Scheduler (Gold Feature)

Gold subscribers on the latest version of Cronometer, can now set custom macronutrient targets for each day of the week.

This feature gives you the flexibility to change your macro goals based on training, carb cycling, starting a new diet, or allowing a shift for things like vacations. Change it up daily or set a schedule by creating templates that best suit your lifestyle and goals!

How The Macro Scheduler Works

The Target Scheduler is available to all of our Gold Users. Not a Gold User? You can upgrade your account here.

In your web browser, navigate to the More > Target Scheduler. Create a new target template and set your desired macronutrients. Save and select which template you’d like for each day of the week in the scheduler. Take a look at the video below or check out the user manual article here.

In the mobile app, navigate to the More > Targets > Target Scheduler. Create a New Target Template and select your custom macro targets. Save and select which template you’d like for each day of the week in the scheduler. Take a look at the video above or check out the user manual article here.
